Try my stik, the Pro Tour... 18x20 pattern, low on power, very hl, and it sits right on12.3oz strung, og, and #64 rubberbanded. Also give the MG Prestiege mp and the Kblade Tour a try; both (especially the KBT) are farely low on power and have the tighter string pattern you desire.
I think you have some pretty good choices available. Try the Aerogel 200 first. If you need less power than the Aerogel, then try the MG Prestige MP. If you need even less power than the Prestige then you may want to check your technique, but if you think your technique is good then you have to start looking at very low power racquets like the KBlade Tour or the Prestige mid.
I am demoing the Aerogel 200 on monday, i jhoped someone would recommend it
Yonex rds 001 mp is pretty low powered. good frame. RD TI 80 my current weapon of choice is low pwered and comfortable if you can Find one.
All of the above. Since you favor the AG 200, thats a good racket to start demoing.
MG Prestige MP is a good choice. The MG Prestige Pro is 16x19 but control is excellent, so don´t discard it
Fischer MPro Number One 98 is headlight, 335g strung with Fischers No Tolerance guarantee that each frame is identical in weight. High quality frames!
Well I really need 18x20, current costs of stringing average at 45-50 euros per week
I misunderstood. thought that the 18x20 is about control.
do you own a stringing machine? if not, buying one would cut the cost dramatically.
The Babolat PSLtd meets your criteria and is Very low powered.
Also keep in mind that the RDS001 mp is 16x19 (or 18?)
I've never really liked the Yonex frames, so I'll try the ag 200, prestige and kblade first i guess.
Very good frineds of mine do the stringing, she's been stringing for 20 yuears, and i only pay for the strings themselves, so its ok
Pk Redondo seems to fit the bill.
You could also take a look at some of Völkls offerings.
I agree. You can add the Donnay Pro 1 Int'l to your list but as you live in the Netherlands it might be hard to demo that one.
K95 18x20, i think it would fit well with the weight range you have provided and its headlight, definitely more control with 95 sq inch but not to big of headsize change.
Tim, here's another voice to recommend you the PK Redondo. Try the mid (93).
if you try any of the recommended racquets and still feel is too powerfull yo may try to cut the OG as much as possible, since even i tiny piece of OG extra adds more power to the racquet. this happens to me a lot, im always carrying my scissors when i go playing to lower the power of the frame.
The RDS001 Mid was the first thing I thought of when I saw "low powered."
Some will say the RQiS Tour 1 i also pretty low on power.
