Hello- I have just recently purchased a Prince NEOS 1000 used (it is one year old) so it did not come with a manual. All of my google searches for a NEOS manual have turned up the old Ektelon manual for this stringing machine that looks like it came from The Smithsonian (even Tennis Warehouse has a link to this dinosaur bone manual on their page listing for the NEOS!). At any rate... I am trying to figure out if the top of the NEOS can be raised so that when a frame is mounted, that the head assembly can rotate a full 360 degrees without the racquet handle hitting the tension head. I recently sold my 1993 model Alpha SV upright and got this NEOS but I must admit that I miss the full 360 degree rotation of my old Alpha. Can anyone tell me if I can adjust this NEOS to do the same? And also- does anybody have an electronic version of a newer manual that they would be willing to email? Thanks in advance!
