TW is having a sale on Ashaway strings, and someone asked a while back if they were discontinuing some of their strings. It seems like Ashaway has bigger business making badminton, squash, and racquetball strings, and they are promoting this new string coming Summer '09. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before they manufacture it for tennis. A true Zyex multifilament sounds pretty sexy to me.
There's another thread about their Powernick 18g string--cool red color, smaller gauge version of Dynamite 17. I wish there had been more discussion in that thread. I only mention this because I noticed the Bow Brand natural gut 18g from TW is actually a squash string that plays fine in tennis racquets. If Zymax turns out to just be a racquetball/squash string, it may have potential as a tennis string nonetheless.
