Anyone know how long the New Balance tennis shoe outsole guarrantee is? It doesn't really specify.

My wife spent $$$ on top of the line NB and I do not believe there is a wear guarantee.

I think it's just "if you're not satisfied, send them back."

  4. I think the wording is, "longer than any other outsole."

I'm still sad over the demise of the NB 780. Was the best court shoe I ever had. I'm in an 803 now. They are so-so. Next I'll try the 782.

Try the 1003, or get the 1002 on close-out price ASAP online.

Loved the NB1002 but the outsole durability was very bad!

The NB1002 were the best out of the NB range for me.

The NB1002 is a very good shoe but the outsole durability is very bad as I have commented on in previous posts - check them out. Basically by 40 h of tennis, the outsole underneath the ball of the foot is bald which means you are running on marbles on a claycrt! The durability issue forced me into choosing another shoe even with the NB guarantee which I cannot be bothered using. I am now using the Nike Air Max Breathe Cages. They are more responsive in the forefoot, comfortable and have far better outsole durability than the NB1002s.

    Happy hitting everyone!

i thought the nb1002 were great. for me the outsole didnt wear out until about a year, but once it starts to it goes bad very quickly. so comfortable though. i would definitely try them. i would get the 1003 but too expensive.
