So Last Novemeber I bought the new balance ct1002, which comes with a 6month outsole warranty. i did not wear out the sole until June, and when I contacted them in early june they told me i can still send it in despite going over the 6month limit. they emailed me the form to fill out within a day. but somehow i didnt get to it until end of june (6/25?) and when i called again to check the lady said "didnt you call us earlier to do so?" so i had to sheepishly tell her i didnt get around to it yet. anyways i finally send the shoes off end of June, and wait. it only took 3 days to get there, so i was expaecting to get them back within a week, but when i called the lady informed me it would take 3 weeks or so. so i was upset. but what can you do? finally, after about 3 weeks i got a package from them, and i am now wearing my brand new tennis shoes so moral of story-waiting sucks, but they let you send it in after 6months! cutomer service overall was good.
