Anybody get ahold of these yet? I'm trying to make up my mind between the two new 2011 offerings from Nike.

What are you debating? I'm assuming Speed vs. Power? ;-P

Well, why not just get both? The CBs can be everyday practice shoes and the Vapors can be match day shoes...

I'm personally getting both - because I'm made of money and all.

They're totally different shoes. The only thing they have in common is the swoosh. If you like big, clunky moon shoes then get the CBs.

The only thing I'm debating is: the last time I owned a pair of Vapors was pair of 6's and they were some of the most uncomfortable and detrimental shoes to my feet I have ever worn.

...which part? The stiff uppers? Oh, that's gone.

The outsole? That's been revamped and is full Lunarlon and no more Zoom air.

It's a completely new shoe, so if you're basing your decision on a previous generation, it's misguided. Try on both shoes and see how they feel on the feet.

I really hope this one has better cushioning than last lunarlite Vapor, Federer wears. it was nice and light with decent support but cushioning just died after short time.

Also why the heck is the bottom so slippery.. NO traction.

They do not come with a warranty for a reason.

I'm pretty sure starting for 2011 Nike is doing away with their 6 month guarantee for all new shoes.

No, someone else said they called customer support and found out that there will be a 6 month warranty.

I'm betting they'll still have it for their "Durability" shoe.

Hmm.. Since the yellow and white 1.3's, I got so put off from the clunky moon factor that have never tried on any of the newer ones since.. wonder how they have changed / improved if at all
