Developed a new technology which suits his game? Is the paint more aerodynamic?

Any guesses as to what the racket is? :) I've no clue. I'll keep an eye out when I'm there. Time to bring the zoom lens!

Coria should forget about switching racquets and ditch that mullet if he's serious about a fresh start in 2005.

"Nandro" is short for nandrolone which is an anabolic steroid. Anabolic steroids are Schedule III controlled substances in the USA (Schedule II in NY). In Argentina however, it appears that nandrolone is available next to the steak sauce in the corner bodega.

There is to be a couple of new Prince rackets coming out in January. This will be one of which Coria will be featuring. It will expand on their Tour Series rackets of the Diablo and the NXG's. Should be interesting.

you got that right, @WRIGHT. Coria is both a weasel + a snake. His haircuit makes him resemble a mongoose IMO

Why should he care about what we think of his hair? Mrs. Coria is perfectly fine with it and she's perfectly fine.

Look for Prince to launch this frame around Xmas or the new year. I have it from my sources that there is a "radical" geometry frame coming from Prince, maybe this is what they meant. The elliptical grommets are interesting.

If Coria wins the Masters, Prince will accelerate the marketing of the frame.

so prince is "tossing" a new frame on the market; after all that hype with the one he was "going" to be using the "experiment" model. Its not even a yr. and this what their R & D people are going for .

  21. You say that the string holes are interesting? What is it supposed to do, whistle in the air? I don't know what's so radical about that.

I didn't say that I found it radical, only that my sources say that Prince is coming out with a frame with what the source said was "radical geometry" I'm not even sure if this one in particular is it, but it is the only Experimental model I currently know that Prince has out and close to market.

If you look at the grommet strips and grommets, it almost looks like the concept used in the old Seamco Rosewall aluminum.

No, it is strung conventionally. But it is unidirectional like the Wilson Rollers frames. There really is from what I've seen of one, nothing special about it.

It's basically an NXG on Roids according to the man who's stringing it at the masters...just got off the phone with him...16x18 pattern. I'll get a look at one and a chance to hit with one (not Coria's ) when he gets back after the tournament. NO AIR handle on this puppy...

No, nothing like a NXG, and it does have a sort of air handle.

Not the prototype I'll be hitting with, no air handle. As far as the production model, I have no idea...17/18 mm beam, wide holes...two strings to a big hole that wrap opposite sides...can't wait to see it up close. Bigger holes for more pop, but basically a POG from what I'm told.

No, that's the frame. It doesn't have an air handle as we normally know. Hard to describe. I doubt the bigger holes add to more power. And it is nothing like a Graphite. It's a really hard frame to explain.

Can somebody please get reliable information from Prince when they are releasing this racquet? Is this the new 'O3' model or was that just a development name? I've been hearing about it since September, so I wrote to Prince and they said they only release racquets in March and August.

It is a paintjob of the POGLB without the crossbars. He will never change from that racket!

No, it's not a cosmetic job. It's an actual prototype of a frame Prince has plans to release. It's got a 100" head, and either 16 x 20 or 16 x 18 depending on the one you have to try.

Doesn't make sense. Sound too much like the Diablo, unless they are planning to discontinue that line soon.

Try cutting off the crossbar of a POG or POGLB and see if it plays the same. It's like saying the Golden Gate Bridge would work out as well minus a couple hundred feet of concrete in the middle.

Look, it's a whole new frame, with sme stuff they've tried before, and some new stuff. Nothing like a Diablo, nothing like a Graphite Longbody. The Diablo line isn't going anywhere, and I heard a rumour that it will actually be extended with a new model(not the one Coria is hitting with)

I just saw it on TV and it looks so slim, wow! I don't care how it plays, it just looks amazing with that width. :)

I thought he did seem to hit the ball harder with this racquet.
