I often use the RSI strings lab tests to help me zero in on a string's characteristics.

The lastest version of this list that I have seen is from September 2008. Go here: http://www.racquetsportsindustry.com/issues/200809/200809allstrings.html

String manufacturers are never idle, given our demand for the latest and greatest.

Is there a newer, updated list with more of the new string offerings?

The head of USRSA is the TW Professor. His testing at TWU is much better, in that he's tested the strings at three reference tensions, rather than one, and tested for things other than stiffness and tension loss - energy return, dwell time, etc.

It gives much more information, but it's not as easy to compare strings and doesn't have have as many strings, yet.
