Hey guys, I've been wearing the Nike 4.3 Courtballistec for this whole year but I really want to try something new.

I was thinking Vapor 9.5's when the new year starts but I really like the feel of the Courtballistec.

What do you guys think? Play mainly on Synthetic Grass but sometimes hard!

(Current 4.3's are hard and work great on synthetic)

    Thanks in advance

What are you searching for that your CBs do not have?

Why don't you just buy another pair of 4.3 for now, as they're going to be replaced by that Lunar whatever it's name is next year.

At least get some Vapor 9's on sale. A really good shoe.

I've been thinking about that, a local store has the new Teal Vapor 9's for £74 which is around $110

If you are very heavy and try to move aggressively (like I am and do) then you may find that the Vapors 9 don't last long (neither the sole, nor the support).

Asics Gel Resolution 5 are a very fast shoe (unless you are unlucky and get sore feet from them after matches on HC like I do) but they may lack in the lateral support department just a bit...

Barricades 7 or 8 should be the most durable, especially if you are very fast (they might feel a tad clunckier).

Having said all of the above I still own a couple of CB 4.3s pairs (and only each of Asics GR5s and Barricades), being my go to shoe.

I also vote for the Vapor 9 Tour. I usually wear the Courtballistec 4.3 most of the time, sometimes alternating with the Vapor 9. I must admit that vapors have a totally different feeling. They are lighter, more flexible, but not as cushioning as the Courtballistec. Try them, you will love them!

Thanks for all the feedback guys! I do go through shoes pretty quick but these are for the new season next year so I'm just trying to pick them up whilst they are cheap! Thanks again! Will be sure to post in the Apparel section when I have them in hand

New Vapor colorway that's already less than suggested retail? It could be conversion and all of that but that's great!

Nah the place I get them from always has them that low, they're the legit shoes, I always buy from them. My current 4.3's are from there and they have the Nadal/Rafa logo on the tongues :p

Just out of curiosity, where in Liverpool did you find them?

    Cheers,
    Chris

Hey chris, they where Sports Direct in L1! But you can get them online, you know the website, they're not on sale in the store anymore but they have plenty of them online!
