Yeah I saw them. They reminded me of the Wilson "Captain America" Pro Staff.

They are really not that bad, however for some reason Americans (me also) dont like to wear patriotic clothes. I am sure if they had some England design they would sell much better in the U.S. (at least to teens) which is odd...

I'm holding out for a Canadian Open pair. Or would that be a Rogers Cup pair?

Except for the color, they have the same practicality and everydayness of the normal colored Barricade.

They're kind of cool if you like over-the-top statments on the court, but then I only wear my tennis shoes when playing.

they're pretty cool. if i liked BIV's i'd would probably buy a pair. i still think roddick's figjams with the flag on them was better though.

Actualy, I like it a lot. If I were American, I'd be wear these!

I'd like to know if Adidas plans on making an international collection??? Some of the various flag colors could make for awesome colorways.

I'm all about flying the flag and offending the left-wing wet blankets. Especially in SF where the average whiner sees it as the same as flying a swastika. Plus I think those look pretty cool, although I'm not a big fan of the bulky heel on Barricades.

Oscar is truly a wise man, and all of us value his taste in women. So instead of criticizing, let's wait to see the actual shoes when they become available. They could turn out to look great on the court.

There is a red one coming out that looks like the Srichipan shoe for the year end Shanghai tourney. I don't even know what the Paradorn shoe looks like, but this is from a VERY knowledgeable source. He has yet to be wrong and holds accounts with Nike and Adidas.
