hey guys i was trying to read people's feed backs on these shoes and got a lot of negativity but i really dont buy shoes for their comfort. i like shoes that are rough to the feet. i am concerened with the fitment. I wear a size 9.5 for the vapor tour 9 and that size gives me a lot of play for sliding and what not without crushing my toes. should i go down half a size as i dont have time to buy and return the shoe this week.

You will get mixed opinions for the size/fit of air max cage.
My size is 7.5 and I prefer to wear a half size smaller (size 7).
    Here is my references.
    I wore 7.5 vapor 6 and 9 but wore size 7 for Vapor 7 and 8.

They fit like the Propulse 4 IMO, ankle area being wider. I wear orthopaedic insoles BTW, wide and flat feet. I wear 11 in my standard, casual shoes. 11.5 in the CBs 4.1. And 10.5 in both Propulse 4 and Air Max Cages. 10 were too tight and small even without the insoles. 11 was too wide, even with the insoles. I had the luck to try both 10's and 11's in a shop, and then ordered the 10.5 from TWE.

I wear the same size in the max cage and vapor 9s.
