I'm a long time Barricade fan that's considering a switch to the Nike BF II for some extra cushioning. In the past I've gone up at least 1/2 size from Adidas to Nike. Should I still do the same?

Beware... that extra cushioning and then some will disappear after a short period of time...

I was afraid of that. How do the sizes compare?

    I think my BFII's were a half size bigger.... but I can't be sure. I wear a 9 in the Barricade IV's and I think I wore a 9.5 in the BFII's...

I think you guys are right; I tried the same thing this year (going from Barricade II's and III's to Breathe Free II's) and I had to go up a 1/2 size in the Nikes. They seem to fit narrower than the Adidas. The Nike's are ok; still getting used to the difference in fit and feel.
