So after I recieved 2 pairs(white and black) of tennis shorts from nike.com(weren't in stock at TW), I discovered they did not fit right. I called nike CS and had about a 20 minute conversation with some guy about an exchange for a different model that I though would fit better. I kept giving him the same info time after time, because he kept asking the same questions! So basically in the end I decided to send both pairs back, and buy 1 pair of the other model in white. I did not get the black colorway in that model because it was $10 more and the money just isn't there as of now. (I am a junior). He was going to credit the credit card with the difference. Now I just ask the simple question: Are there any other black tennis shorts with a 10" inseam that are below the $50 price point. He then utters the words: "I do not believe that we carry any tennis shorts". -This after a 20 minute conversation about tennis shorts! Then, after resisting the urge to just hang up, I said "but I am looking at about 10 models online as we speak"... Now after some time he found them, and then began suggesting I buy running or basketball shorts, out of the blue... I'm, sorry, but what CS guy doesn't know what products his company carries??? The lesson learned, ALWAYS BUY FROM TW!!!
