after increasing the saturation, you can clearly see it's pink:)

OK, maybe "olive khaki" could be construed as brown. :) I still say they are more like smoke.

to me, the Rafa US Open shirts are less baggy than the FO and AO stuff. i can't compare to the Wimbledon stuff because i didn't get it.

Yes it is, but I don't know if I see the sleeves shorter because it is small...

You can see my thread, I have AO, FO, Wimby and USO crews

ok cool. the Wimbledon one looks to be tighter than the US Open based on your pics. the US Open gear is just a little snug on me. but i'm trying to lose weight anyway so it's just added motivation :p

The Wimbledon Nadal Crew is much tighter fitting than the US Open. Here is a picture of both laid completely flat, my solar red wimby crew on top, and black/lime us open top on the bottom. Both size medium, both never worn or washed yet. Fresh out of the bag. US open crew definitely wider by about 2 inches from the armpit down. Also a tad longer as you can see. These shirts are LONG. I am 6'3" 175 lbs, and these are even fairly long on me. I am used to all the fed stuff being so short in a medium.

definitely a big difference. thank you. it can be hard sometimes figuring out the size to get when the companies keep changing the fit so often.

Nadal's Solar Red shirt is the best shirt I have seen in a long time. Love it.

Anyone know which shoes Berdych was wearing last night against Fed?

In earlier matches he was wearing the Breathe 2K10s in grey / white, but yesterday were they the 2K10s in black / red? I ask as when watching I saw there was black detail but didn't notice a red swoosh.

Totally agree, I was on the fence until it arrived. Once I put it on, I was thinking "wholly sh*t this is the best shirt I've got in the last year."

No you're right. In TW's defense that pic is probably from Nike - and Nike apparently changed their mind on the cut of the Rafa US Open shirt. I bought the Solar Red (on the internet) in medium because of how long the Spring Rush/Crush shirts were. But when I went to the Niketown to buy the black US Open shirt I held it up and it was back to the more normal Nike cut - so I got a large. When I got home I overlaid them - they are almost the same.

Seeing it in person the sleeves on the Nadal black US Open are really short for the small, while the length seems all right, and the length for the large looks really long.

I agree (now that I know how the sizing works). So awesome that I'm probably going to get a 2nd copy, along with the black US shirt. And put the copies away so I can break them out when the originals wear out. Since '11 is looking pretty sad so far (can always hope Summer and Fall are better) I won't be spending that much next year.

Well it's such a shame, I would love the black crew if would have the fit of the wimbledon crew. Now I'm looking for the solar red crew, the color is just amazing

Just buy from a company with a good return policy if you're worried about the size. And if you're worried it will be too big - and you're still young (my suspicion) - you can always fall back on the saying we have here in the States "you'll grow into it." Good luck.

Haha well I don't know if I'll still growing up, but now I'm looking forward and I'll try to work out in the gym, maybe I can get some muscle... now I can't return the black crew because I bought it in NYC and now I'm in Mexico. Next time I'll buy adidas hahaha

Hmm, I know for sure that the boy's Large is a little smaller than a Men's Small. So really, I would consider it a Men's Extra Small. But I don't think Nike is selling the Black Crew for Boys.

Yeah but boy's clothing doesn't have the same quality as mens clothing. Also The black crew fits me well, normally all the clothing in size small fits me perfectly, I just would prefered the black crew with the cut of the wimbledon crew.

Another thing i noticed usually the tags of the shirts are by the side near the hip for the Nadal US Open top its at the left shoulder, strange one.

The consistency in sizing of tennis apparel from Nike it starting to get a little out of hand. First it was the Nadal shorts, then Fed polos, now it's the nadal shirts. I posted the pic of how much slimmer my medium Nadal wimby solar red crew is comparted to the black us o crew underneath it, same size, supposed to be similar shirts, totally different fit. Come on Nike, make it a little easier on the consumer.

this is the fourth or fifth problem i've had with Nike. i got some of nadal's shorts last year that were at least 2inches too small in the waist even though they were the same size as all my other shorts. i've also had a couple shirts that weren't pro shirts that were at least 2inches shorter than others of the same shirt. it's a little ridiculous.

Really like these Federer Vapors, best Fed shoes in years. Really simple yet sharp. Well done. Fed looks fantastic.

Ready for something completely bizarre? I had the Rafa black USO shirt on backorder online. I chose Medium based on the earlier Rafa shirts from this year. But I got impatient and I went to Niketown BH and got one last week - holding it up to my body I got a Large. The online shirt just arrived. I held them up to each other. They appear to be the same! I assume one is marked incorrectly. Saves me a trip to Niketown BH to return one...

^^ that's how it was with a pair of nike shorts i ordered last year. i'm pretty sure they are the nadal US Open shorts from last year (black with the yellow dots). the first pair i orderd (large) were 2inches shorter in the legs and a size too small in the waist compared to my other nadal shorts from the same year. i ordered another pair later and got the XL instead. the XL was better than the L that i got in the other pair, but they were still smaller in the waist than the other larges from the same year. WTH? bad QC.

if those are the ones from nike.com, they dont have the graphics. that's where i ordered mine from and they are plain black with the lime swoosh. really wish they had stuck with the graphic though.

Awesome! I tried on the Nadal jacket and was turned off by the lack of pockets. Where did you manage to find the bandanas? Euro TW?

really wish the lines on the black shirt were yellow like the sample pics. that would look even sicker.

    Pieced the whole collection together

Yup, the bandana and wristbands are courtesy of TW Europe, but the killer item was the N98 track jacket, it's a great additional jacket that works perfectly with the collection. The Nadal jacket is much lighter in weight since it's Dri-Fit. Overall an awesome collection by Nike. Too bad I can't find the black bandana and wristbands with the lime swoosh that he's been photographed in.

The Nadal jacket does have pockets

They're just deeper in on the sides than normal. Pretty deep pockets too.

anyone else remember how players complained that Agassi's neon yellow clothes at the 1990 US Open might make them lose sight of the ball in his clothing? I wonder if anyone is lame enough to complain against Nadal
