alright, so i have been using barricades by adidas for like ever. im wondering if i should try out the ballistics or not. i do sorta have wide feet so i think that the barricades would be better but i still wanna try out the nike's.

Too bad you can't demo shoes...I wanna return these Breathe 2 after one night.

    I miss the Vapor 5.

i actually would not demo shoes cause that would be really weird and gross depending on the shoe.

but any advice on the shoes?

Since your thinking about it, you've already made up your mind. Try it, but the barricades are SOLID, probably the perfect shoe. Even the pros would have to agree, if you look at the top 50, you got 2 nike poster boys, Fed/Nadal, Then look at the rest...all adidas/barricaded up. Barricades stick true to its roots, unlike nike always mixing and mashing, coming up with weird designs ever year. But try it, if you like it, switch. I've played with nike, vapor 5's, and i've played with barricades. I always end up trying to go to Nike probably because everyone bandwagons them, but the barricade has never ever done wrong by me. If you want a consistently solid, durable, ultra playable shoe, barricades of course. But nike just has that New swag that sucks you in. So in the end, try the nike, dont like? come back to the barricudas (as my friend calls it).

hmm, maybe. i just dont want to switch and the shoes will be like crap.

im still thinking about it cause i wanna be more modern with the nikes but the barricades still arent that out dated its just that nike is getting more flashy now.

Try the Nike's. I prefer Nike over Adidas simply because Adidas shoes have poor forefoot cushioning imo. Adidas shoes are solid, no doubt, but I like a soft, cushioned ride and Adidas don't have it.

B6's have my hopes up though...

I think you forgot about 2009 USO winner...there's also Davydenko, Roddick, Soderling, Stepanek, Monfils, Cilic, Robredo, and many others who do not wear Barricade.

The Barricade might be the PERFECT shoe for you, and that's it! That doesn't apply to everyone, and yes, I do use Nike, and also yes! I tried the black/silver Barricade as a test, a $70 test, it wasn'T PERFECT for me...it was simply a lackluster...again, that was my take on it. And keep in mind, I used to adore my Adidas ATP Tour, it had the feel of a Nike Vapor V.
