I have several "Tennis" logo dri-fit t-shirts that have been wash maybe a half dozen times and now the "Tennis" wording is getting pinholed. So it looks like it got sandblasted - leaving the holes the same color as the fabric. My earlier models of the same shirt are fine and they been washed two dozen time or more and look perfect!

Has anyone come across the same situation?

It happens to every shirt that has a design printed on them. Wash and dry them inside out, and you should be able to keep them longer and sometimes if you're lucky never have them lose bits here and there anymore.
