Well this is the old school one- the one that actually says, "Nike Sphere Dry" on the side- so I can only assume he's had it around for some time.
And definitely fits different than the 2010 versions. Either that, or it's time for a haircut. :)

Kubot is wearing Trend woven hat now.
Maybe Nike did not give him new hats ^_^

Did anyone see Isner wearing a white/black GHOAT instead of the Wimbledon white/green hat?

His first round was the white/green Wimby hat, but against Almagro, he wore a white/black GHOAT.

Although I couldn't find a picture showing the black swoosh, you can tell they're different because of the side of the hat, Which also proves that the white/green hat is not a Trend Woven Cap.

And I have this same adidas cap, and have washed it many times - no rust. Maybe it's your head, not the cap. ;)

I got it. But didn't you see that Isner was not wearing a green swoosh yesterday?

Does that mean that the white/green hat is a Trend Woven?

I'm talking about the white/green Isner/Berdych hat. Is that a Trend Woven Cap?

Where's my Can of Troll Spray?

Last time you claimed every post you made was "tongue in cheek", meant in humor. What's so humorous about suggesting there's something wrong with Kim's head? Repeat after me...Adidasman does not belong here...Adidasman does not...

In Adidasman's defense, many GHOAT herders have attempted to wear the Adidas hoping to find a GHOATplacement.

I believe PoapJoal gave an incredibly detailed poast on why the Adidas did not cut the mustard. I think it was deleted in the TW cleansing (Equivalent to Pontius Pilate washing his hands).

You didn't think that was funny? I sure did. I guess it's a matter of perspective. And it's true - I have that same cap, and it's rust-free. And, unlike some companies whose name shan't cross my lips (but they're the ones putting drug-oriented slogans on their t-shirts these days), adidas actually makes and sells that cap to mere mortals like me. But, of course, the elusiveness of the Evil Swoosh cap y'all are so hot for (and I have to say, the fact that huge, high fashion megastars like Isner and Berdych wear it is what made me check out the original thread - I kept thinking, "Who the heck cares about what John Isner wears???") is what makes it so appealing to you. May your quest never end.

Hey stirngertom, Adidasman knew my secret of rust problems.
My highly educated head makes rust problems of Adidas Grand slam hats. I did not want to reveal the secret but he did
Now I know why his hats do not have rust problems ^_^

It's not that. My Grand Slam caps aren't stock; they're custom-made for me by adidas, at a hidden factory just outside of Dusseldorf. They feature a plutonium button on top, which is impervious to rust - and also allows me to receive satellite broadcasts from space. Very exclusive.

You See, adidasman, GHOATherd Membership Has Its Privileges!

All I had to do was ask just one of my GHOATbros to help and he responded. It's called camarerdie, something alien to your ilk.

BTW, FK looks mahvelous in his Darth Vader/Guiness get-up!

totally felt the power of the GHOAT this weekend as our team made it to 7.0 Finals for Mixed in our District before losing 2-1.

Went 5-0 with my partner including quarters/semi/final at either #1 or #2. Had an official overturn a call late in the 3rd set Coman and knew that Joel Dali was smiling down on us.

Who of importance exhausts so much time and energy bothering the s**t out of people who would like a good quality cap? These people want the hat because they like it better than other hats. I don't know who you think you are criticizing them about it. The hat is something that goes on their body. Last time I checked you aren't sharing a body with any of these other posters therefore; you have no right to criticize them.

    His Trend is "Aggressive/Passive"

The guy trolls then acts all offended when objected to and crawls away all hurt because nobody appreciates his "humor".

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like you guys, who are so goofy with each other talking about the cap - and I do find a lot of that pretty amusing, I must say - but you just have to take every word I say seriously. Maybe I'm just stupid to think I can come on here and rib you guys a bit without you getting annoyed at me; if so, OK. I really have no intention of being mean-spirited or anything, but I guess I just have to recognize that my comments are going to be taken that way regardless of how many disclaimers I try to issue. So, once again, I bid you a fond and final farewell. (Oh, and you'll be happy to note that I have finally had the dreaded rust problem emerge on my gray adidas Grand Slam cap. It's off to Lowes for some Rustoleum paint in an attempt to stave off almost certain disaster.) Again, I'm really sorry if I've wandered in here and upset anyone - it was not my intention. I appreciate brand loyalty and preference far more than most people, so I admire your dedication to the Swoosh; may your heads be eternally adorned with GHOATs of every hue imaginable.

You can wash in your sink with detergent. I just throw mine in the washer with my tennis clothes and then air dry.

FK, I'm disappointed...everyone in Cali knows it stands for:
GreatestHerbOfAllTime. Give us a clip from Pineapple Express or Up In Smoke to confirm this truer definition.
