Fed's without a doubt look way better. I would pay 160 (or more) for his version.

Lace itself is little different from other models - others have round lace but the lace attached to this shoe is flat one.

Anyone played with his V9 "brogue" already ?
Is the flat laces the same performance than oval ones ?

I am able to move 5mph faster than before due to the aerodynamics of the flat laces.

Brogue laces have definitely improved my serve.

Even Limited Editions aren't the same as Fed's PE's :(

Of course not........honestly to mass produce his exact shoe would easily double the price.

OK guys, I know what you did there :D I got the irony.

More seriously, I wanted to know if the flat laces are as strong as the oval one or if they may break faster or untie when playing ?
I just wonder why oval laces are always used in sport if flat laces can be used the same way !
    Just wondered...

Oh come on !! Really you don't understand what I mean ???

Maybe the word "performance" was not what I should have use because English is not my native language (I'm French).
I just wanted to know if there was a difference between OVAL or FLAT laces when playing tennis, in opposition to casual wear !
I mean, oval laces are always used in tennis shoes. Why ? Are flat laces more fragile ? untie more often ? or anything else ?
Or doesn't it just matter ?

Finally arrived. The shade is a tad lighter than Nike's promo pic...or maybe I was hoping it would be a bit darker. Still, just glad to own a pair of the last Vapor 9, it has been an awesome line.

Through the materials or just because Roger wore it? If it's a Limited Edition they (Nike, Adidas, etc.) should just make the same shoe as the player's PE.

It's all about details. A friend of mine who did custom works for Lebron, decided to do something easy for me.

^^ Nice! The teal green swoosh looks great, I don't know why they didn't include it with the retail shoes. And the RF for that matter.

Has anybody played in these? I bought them simply planning to wear them as casual wear, and still plan to do so. But I was curious if someone actually played in them. With the material subbed in for mesh in the forefoot, I don't think they'd play as well as regular vapors.
