I currently have 4 colorways of the 2k11s and really like them. From both pics posted I think TW may have put them up a little early and took down. The ones with the red sole should be the Olympic colorway as they match Federers Vapor 9 Olympic colorway exactly. The top model look like the fall/ US Open colorway. Personally I can see getting both of those models.

Exactly identical but they have a side panel on the inside like the 4.3 too make it lighter.

Was just checking the discounted Nike shoe section and almost pulled the trigger on the Vapor 9s but went ahead and got a pair of each colorway of the new 2K12s. I like the new side panel on them. Should make them breath even better although I had zero issues with the 2K11s.

The "AIR" logo looked better than basic "NIKE" in my opinion :(

Would be interesting to see if the NIKEiD version is updated or not (new logo, new side panel, new colors)

It also would be good if they separate some elements such as "base + tongue" so we could choose a color for the base and a different color for the tongue (Also for "overlays + heel") and the elements of the "zoom" parts.

Tried these on and they felt amazing. Incredibly comfortable, less slippage than the V9. These are quite awesome. Had to buy a pair.

Loving the 2K12. Especially with fake Swisse DC Nike polo in the background.

Did you try the 2K11 too? Is the feel the same ?

Also, about the polo, I guess it's not a fake "swiss DC polo" but the "RF Olympics zip polo".

I picked up a pair of the 2k12 the other day at work. Very comfy right out of the box. Main differences between 2k12 and 2k11: the side panel on the 2k12 adds a lot of flexibility and ventilation. The tongue is different and more comfy in my opinion on the 2k12. Not really like the v9, pretty unique for Nike. These will be my go-to Nike. Nice wider fit and a better deal than v9.

I love my 2K11s for clay court use as the only weakspot with the shoe, durability, does not apply. Don't know why Nike keep shortening the tongues ever since 2010, the 2k12s is getting dangerously close to 3.3/4.3 levels. Not a fan of the "window" from a looks perspective, but a 1oz weight saving just from this is impressive if accurate.

Overall, as a lightweight breathable shoe I prefer these to the V9.

Raph--jd was kidding about the polo, he was at a Nike store.

Do the loops that the laces goes through extend down the inside of the shoe like the Vapors and the CBs? That's what it looks like from pictures on TW.

Yes but only on the inside lace of each shoe. The outer side has a regular lacing system.

    These shoes are incredible.

If you like the V8 or CB 2.3, these fit very similar. Feels like a combination of both shoes.

I got mine for only $94. GOAT worthy shoe for me since my feet are very finicky.

What's the tongue like in these? Thick or thin?

Hey buddy, they're way too short and are off center, they are very strange, the only slight fail for these shoes. If they had the 2.3 tongue they would be 100% GSOAT for me. But, that said, I think the tongue is OK so far but I just like the attached longer tongues versus these smaller ones that don't stay centered and can tend to slide to the sides. I just love the cushioning of these when I walk, just like CB 2.3.

What you meant with that mate

@jd: do you feel any difference compare to the 2k11? I like the V8 and even like the V9 more (they fit me better, I was between sizes for V8), would I get on with them you think?

Has anybody worn both the Propulse 3 and the Zoom 2K12? Any thoughts on how they compare? I really like the fit and softness of the toe box of the Propulse but I could use a little bit more cushioning.

you've just convinced me to stock up on these. Absolute beauties. its been a while since I tried the 2k11 or 2k12 (they're pretty similar?)... hopefully not too different from cb 4.3 and barricade7's!

These are the most comfortable and best fitting tennis shoe I've ever worn hands down. I like them so much I don't want to dirty them up so I play in my old V8 and wear these casually. I played one league match on HC in them and they GOATed my brains out.

I have wierd feet so these are dreamy for me.

I take back what I said about the tongue. It's fine. Short yeah but it's fine.

    B2K12: GSOAT for me personally.

I love the V8 because they fit great but comfort level doesn't match these. These fit great like the V8 but the cushioning and comfort level blow the 8s away.

The V9 arches are just way too low for me.

I never tried the 11. I really wonder how different they are. I think I read they are very similar. I had the McEnroe breathes and these blow them away.

Thanks for the Wimby wristbands man. You rule! So bromantic! I love them. :D

How do these compare to the 2k10's in terms of the toebox? The extra width that the 2k10's had up there is one of the main reasons why I wore them. That shoe fit my foot better than most other shoes I've tried, but the outsole is slowly disintegrating.

I don't play as much as I used to, and I've certainly never gone through shoes like some other posters here. So the durability was never an issue, but when my 2k10's are gone I'll probably look at the 2k12's or Yonex 308's first.

The 2011 and 2012 have a wider toebox like the 2010 breath. My son wears them. He can't fit the stiff and cramped cb 4,s. But from 2k10 to now 2k12 they all have fit great.

Just like ice04's comment, can someone give information on how durable these shoes are compared to the CBs 4.3 and Vapor 9's?

Cool JD, V8 cushion was obviously a pain in the @$$. But the deciding factor for me will always be: WILL THE 2k12 HAVE A PROFOUND IMPACT ON THE SPORT?

I was GOATing at CityView this afternoon talking to Roman and I told him flat out without question the B2K12 will alter the overall course of the sport.

A very bold statement indeed, consider that the 2k12 is not designed by legendary shoo deezynur Dinker Hatfeel.

But I trust your words, with that girl in the avatar again.

How does the 2k12 fit compares to 2k10? I've a pair of 2k10 size 10.5 and they are a bit large...

Same size in both. You'll be happier that the 2k12 is a little narrower, it fits much better than the 2k10.
