The racquet just arrived today. I will take it to be one of Novak’s Wimbledon final sticks, unless Ron tells me otherwise. Some lead tape around the 3 & 9 o’clock positions stretching to 5 & 7 o'clock. Sorry about the pics, I’m busy with some work now, but I will take a ton of nicer, close up pics for you guys tonight :)

Oh, and to Rovex and BobFL, seeing as both of you have mocked and derided me, the decent thing for you guys to do would be to not read or post comments in my thread, but I suppose that's too much to ask of you.

Beautiful-looking, especially with the orange Head bag in the background along with the vibration dampener (gives it a Haloweenish look). Looking forward to your review.

And if you ever want to sell it, please drop me a line.

    Happy you got it.

Are you going to try to verify its authenticity? Would you send it back if it's proven not to be Nole's wimbledon winning racquet?

All in all, congrats Fabfed, I look forward to seeing more beautiful and detailed pics as you usually do!

Not sure if you've got a kitchen scale to weigh the raq, that would be nice.

    Thanks guys.

Yes it is, I got lucky I guess

Yes, I was going to ask what I should compare it with, thanks for the tip. I only have a retail IG Speed 18x20 at the moment which is rather meaningless as we all know its not the same. I will try and get hold of those racquets you mentioned and do a comparison :)

Absolutely, give me a little time I will take those pics later.

I will weigh and balance it in a few days, but maybe a little later for the SW (will also do the SW for the Fed and Rafa sticks then).

Nah, if its not the Wimby stick then its just too bad, can't sned it back. But I'm pretty sure it is the real thing.

    Nothing terribly interesting really :)

Ok, here are the pics as promised. Some comparison pics with the retail IG Speed 18x20 which are not really that useful, but I will try to get hold of the radical sticks for a comparison as suggested by vsbabolat. Will weigh and balance the racquet in a few days. Enjoy :)

This is great stuff. I think i would sleep with it next to me.

How do you usually threat these gems? Do you take a short, quick and extra careful hit with them just to get and idea of the feel? I know i couldn't resist. But just for once :)

Would it be too much to ask for some maturity from you? Nobody 'mocked and derided' you. You are just too sensitive to understand that. It was absolutely nothing personal. I certainly wish you all the best and thanks for the photos.

Hey fabfed good get to say the least...

Do you mind hanging it by your finger where throat meets the head to roughly give us an idea of noles racket balance?

Thanks man btw where are you from?

This really shouldn't be too much of a surprise as we all knew it was based off of the Radical mold.

    Great pictures!

The grommet strip seems to go a little longer in the Djokovich frame. Also, it looks like it might be a quarter-inch longer than the retail frame.

I noticed a lot of lead up top - is that 1/2 inch lead-tape as it looks wider than the tape inside the frame. I think that I prefer the CAP grommets because you can hide everything but it hides the decoration on the outside.

It's pretty clearly not a retail frame. The thing probably swings like a club with all of that lead tape too. I think that it's interesting that the swingweights of the top three are all quite high.
