I really do not get what they even bother to schedule matches in the outer courts ... or not close the roof from the beginning.

Excellent. This will give Youzhny an advantage over Djokovic in the semi if it rains tomorrow.

Scandal? Are you kidding me. Roger Vs Youzhny and Murray VS Ferrer is a much better games than Novak's beside we are talking about 6 times champions and British number 1

Every top player got a match on court 1 except Djokovic. So he was due at some point.
And certainly Federer/Youzhny looks more interesting for the crowd then Djokovic/Mayer.

Novak should be on centre, not Murray. Deffo an scandal.

Also an scandal that they put Federer on first when they know he has back issues. They want him out. It's a conspiracy.

Radwanska and Kirilenko have to finish their match tomorrow as well. I'm not sure where that fits into the Court 1 schedule.

You tell us, Nostradamus. I hope Roger wins wimbledon through Ramos, Fognini, Benneteau, Malisse, Youzhny, Mayer and Ferrer/Kohlschreiber. Any chance?

It would be the most legendary run.

haha that would be the most disapointing wimbledon win by Federer. I would even be able to really celebrate. Tbh I'd feel a bit embarrassed..

This is not an scandal. Hopefully Novak will have a nightmare of rain delays.

    Shame for Tsonga though.

Please come again..... its not any better than Novak vs Mayer if not worse

Its just a matter of taking turns. Had Nadal been on the draw, Nadal vs tsonga would have been in center court and Roger would have been pushed to court.1 coz his match is insignificant as well.

    I hope it doesn't rain...it will really ruin Novak's chances of 8-1

Djokovic vs Mayer is going to be too easy for Novak, 6-3 6-2 6-2
Roger vs Youzhny is also going to be a semi-blowout unless Roger's back fails, and even then I see him winning

    Probably the 70s.

Hmm. How old were Escude and Schuettler the last time Agassi won Australian Open. I know Ferreira was over 30. but the other 2 might have been between 27-30ish

Both Escude and Schuettler were 26 when Agassi won the 2003 Australian Open title.

They finished their match on Centre Court after Azarenka/Paszek finished with Azarenka winning. Radwanska won 7-5,4-6,7-5.

So much for players having to finish their matches on the courts they started on!

MY can never have an advantage over Joker even if Joker was playing blind-folded and MY was 2 sets and a break up, and Roger was shouting "Be quiet" to Joker's family during the match, and Verdasco was hitting on Jelena.

Doesn't Joker have to get past the Mayor before he can start thinking of playing You-snee-ze
Mayor had Rosol-ed on HC sometime last year, so you can never count him out.

No it wouldn't. Roger puts himself in the semis almost every single time. Can he get a break for once? It wouldn't be so weird if for once the no. 1 and 2 did not make the semis. Okay, maybe the final's a bit of a stretch, but if he faced Murray or Tsonga in the final, I'd be incredibly happy if he won.

Well me personally, i want to see him get a 17th slam beating one of the other top 4 at least, preferably one of the top 3 but if he beats Murray that's fair enough. tsonga even, ok. but not ferrer or kohlshieber in the final (unless he beat Djokovic in the semis)

Why mate? A Wimby win is a Wimby win - you don't get awarded 1.5 of a slam win for beating highly ranked players in the final. The guy who Roger won his first slam against wasn't even ranked in the top 30!
