Who knew he was so ripped.. Not I.
Pretty much the perfect body for tennis...slender, lean, flexible and strong trunk/upper body.
Any idea what is diet/work-out plan is?
Not that impressive. I've seen much more impressive, manlier-looking physiques.
can't believe no one replied to this and said doping... that seems to be the norm around here recently.
I don't know what I would do if a doping scandal hit tennis. I love this sport more than any other and don't want to see it ruined...
My thoughts precisely...
I agree, it's just right for tennis.
As for being "ripped", not so much. I think Murray is the more muscular of the two.
he must work out
murray is as big as a house now.
his legs are MASSIVE.
Djokovic has come a long way since the world viewed him as the player most likely to retire from a tennis match. The transformation is anything but human.
They are indeed. Apparently he put on a further 3lbs of muscle in his lower body over the off season. To do that over a couple of months, when he was already pretty big before, is impressive!
I wonder what diet his trainers have him on, to practice most of the day in the Miami sun and to still be eating enough to grow is crazy, he must never stop eating
That is why they are sitting sidelined for last 8 months...
lol I am more ripped than Djokovic, not that impressive.
If he was on PEDs he'd be 10x bigger
Murray, Verdasco and Nadal are all bigger than him, next.
Besides, I'm not sure how this could come as a surprise to anyone, considering how often he rips his shirt off, to show off his 'manly' body.
An egg a day...
You don't understand PEDS. Was Lance Armstrong 10x bigger than Djokovic?
The issue with Djokovic is not his build anyway. Its that he want from number one retiree on tour to by far the best 5-set player on tour.
What makes you think bigger is better?
Who said anything about better? The OP was saying he is ripped, which simply isn't true. He has the perfect body for his game-style though.
Djokovic looks like a prime runner but I like murrays muscular build more.
I'm pretty close to that. Maybe 1-2% more fat
Mine was always been 1%, and I wasn't even trying. My metabolism is just freakishly fast and burns virtually all fat intake.
Mine too. I've never had any problems with my metabolism or weight.
Are you two, long lost twins?
No, we aren't. Unless we somehow are and we don't know about it, but I highly doubt that- although RAFA2005RG is a very intelligent poster, like me, so it's not impossible.
Compare that to this shot of him circa 2006-07...much leaner and stronger.
(Apparently, he's a "gentleman" too. He either has a tennis ball in his pocket or there is a good reason he doesn't attempt tweener shots.).
I personally prefer this slightly less toned body looks-wise.
Well if you were long lost twins you wouldn't know about now would you?
surprised he needs so many medical time outs being so ripped.
Yep, you're repeating what I just said.
What is the issue? There's an issue? Only a complete idiot would think that doping is the only possible way to achieve that.
How do you go from being the player most likely to retire from a tennis match to being the best 5 set player on tour? I don't buy it.
inb4 doping or steroid accusations.
good dont buy it dont think anyone cares what you think anyway so waffle on
I hope Djokovic is clean. There would be nothing worse than finding Nadal was robbed of 3 slams (and they all took place within 6 months - Wimbledon 2011 to Australia 2012 - a very expensive 6 months).
Nice to see NSK's split personalities in one thread.
Separate names with a comma.
