At least for me, what a joy to watch Henman and Arazzi (sp) this morning. Varied, aggressive shotmaking, angles, net play, lobs, and just interesting play and counter-play. It was interesting to enjoy varied tennis-especially net play - where it is just not a huge serve and a cranked up grounstroke... Wow, the talent..

To give Henman his props---man does he have quick hands! But if you watched the Roddick/Dent match it is easy to see why S/V is not popular----its just too hard. A guy like Roddick can pass you all day. And his groundstrokes that you can get a racket on are so damned hard that you can't do anything with it. I love the S/V game as well, and lament its demise.

I say we make tennis courts smaller. Pull in the lines about 6 inches on each side. Make the service box a little smaller and force players to use better placement instead of just banging the ball around.

Nah... altering the court is unethical.

I say we just clone Arazi a few times...

How old is Pete anyway? Too late to make another comeback, a la Goran? Granted, the desire is no longer there at this point.
