I don't usually buy vapor because of the durability but used one voucher and ordered last pair of my size (black and pink).
Will make AO fed version ^_^

Well nike threatened federerfan07 about posting pictures of unreleased pictures, so nike might put pressure on TW as well. However, it's really not that big of a deal. Also if someone has a live sample of it it doesn't seem to matter...

I see some responsibility on the side of Nike. They're the originator of such marketing material, so it's therefore their responsibility to make sure it's not leaked?

Well it's not leaking. People like Babolast get the catalogs ahead of time, as do people that sell Nike goods, and some of them scan the catalogs and upload them. So unless Nike punishes the people who originally upload the photos, I don't see what Nike can do (or why they even try to suppress the photos since they release the catalogs to the retailers in the first place.)

Nike specificly tells their customers not to release, post, share.....etc upcoming lines. Because they along with adidas now release stuff every few weeks they want to limit exposure as much as possible. E-catalogs sent to shops are coded and if they post pics early and Nike finds out they could close or limit an account.

Had to order the black and pink once they went on sale. Usually use the Courtballistec, so it'll be interesting to see how I like them.

Yes. But most people will monitor this thread not to let the picture disappear. What are the colours?

That's definitely not for pre FO/FO seeing as he is wearing green for both?

All shoes (Vapor 9 / CB 4.3 / Air Max Cage) comes with these colors : Pure Platinum / White / Court Green / Black.
So it's maybe not for Federer, but for other players.

Racquet shout out is far more unique and pretty funny. Also love the subtle '17'. Stupendous shoe there. Love the inspiration.

Anyone know if these are coming to the states? They're already being sold. I'd love to get some full herringbone without buying the IDs....

Not sure. You should ask TW. Last year, the black/grey/volt vapor 9s had a clay version released on TW in limited amounts.

That's because it isn't how you put a pic on a forum. You need the direct link of the pic to be put between the tags.

Don't really like the white heel with white socks :
Seems like the heel is part of the socks and he's wearing something like the pic below (if you know what I mean) :

I've always wanted to visit France, and learn a little French. I'd love to go to Paris and the French Open as well. That'd be a dream trip for me. I might try to save up and go next year, would love to see Fed play live before he retires.

Didn't have the opportinity either !
    Would love to.
Paris-Bercy Masters 1000 would be cool too (although visiting Paris in May is better than October)

    Right...
Isn't "to help you TO speak a good english" the right sentence ?

For starters, he didn't capitalize English.

However, to say you did anything good, is not grammatically correct. The adjective to use is almost always going to be well.

Examples: He is well spoken. He speaks well.

So, the correct sentence would be, "I am trying to help you speak English well."

Does anyone have a clear capture of what colorway the Berd man is wearing at Monte Carlo? They looked like the old gray/yellow but I couldn't get an exact view. Are they a new colorModel?

They're the bog-standard old ones with clay soles.

Thinking of buying the gray/white/orange V9 with clay court sole. Is it okay if I also use it on hard courts? Will it last the same? Traction be the same?

I honestly wouldn't do that. Personally, I don't have any issues with the durability of my V9's, but I know a lot of people on here complain they don't last. So why get a shoe that's meant for clay and use it on the hardest surface? Doesn't seem like a smart idea at all.

I personally don't have any issues with durability either. I like the color way and sometimes play on clay and sometimes on hard court. In need of a new shoe and was just wondering if I use them on a hard court, would I see some difference in traction and support.

    Thanks for your feedback! :)

They'll likely have a little more traction as the rubber used for the sole will be softer (i.e. it'll deform more and hold onto the surface better) but this will mean they'll wear out quicker too.

Why was there a Vapor 9 SL for last year's clay/grass season, but not in 2013?
