If they're going to make it pro, why not just have a challenger?

Look for Sam Querry to serve Cecil Mammit (#1 seed) off the court and take the title. I'm surprised Sam Adam Webster lost already.

Guess I should head up the 101 and Highway 58, or whatever road that is that goes through Casitas Springs and Oak View, and have a look.

What level tournament is it exactly? I've seen the plaque with the names of the winners before, and there are some people I do recognize. The Bryans have had some success there.

High School, Community College, Pac 10, Open... Looks like quite the party. Didn't Fox Sports show some of this last year, about a week later?

And it's pretty big news around here. I get the local paper (The Ventura County Star) on the weekends, and it was headline news in the Sports section on Friday (just saw it). Nice to see tennis with that much exposure -- usually you have to look for the tiny print on the Scoreboard page for info re the Masters events.
