I understand that Head measures the head sizes from the outside of the frame, right ? So does this really translate into a 3 inch discrepancy in the 98" inch frames ? People are saying that the Prestige Pro 98 is really a 95 inch head size, but it really doesn't feel that way to me. When I put the Prestige on top of my London is looks just a bit smaller.

Head doesn't measure from the outside. Its a marketing thing that translates 600 and 630 into 93 and 98 when the mid actually measures 89 or thereabouts.

Every 98 I've put up against a prestige pro has been a little bigger so they're smaller but not much, but people say theyre 95 and that seems about right.

    That is correct.

My Prestige Pro has a smaller head than my 4D300, the dunlop is wider close to the throat.

I put a Prestige Pro over a Dunlop 200 and they are identical. Head doesn't measure from the outside, they just rounded the numbers so they look better when measured in sq cm.
