You made several good points to me with an earlier post, especially regarding the draws on the X-ST. I also got myself the stand that works for it, as i am setting up a specific area to store all of my materials and plan on dedicating that space to stringing.

It should arrive thursday, I believe.

Was it difficult/time consuming to assemble?

Nope, piece of cake. Took less than 30 minutes.

Good to know. How did it come, like was the clamp base and everything already assembled or what?

No, but it basically went together like this:

    1. Screw feet onto base
    2. Drop turntable onto base and tighten a couple screws
    3. Mount 2 towers to turntable (2 more screws) and adjust width of towers as needed while doing so. This was probably the longest step at around 5 minutes.
    4. Drop clamps into clamp bases on turntable
    5. Unscrew washer from end of crank arm in order to place crank on arm and replace washer.

The of course there's various adjustments you can make and calibrations and so forth, but at this point you're pretty much ready to go!

Good to know! I have a few of my own frames that need restringing, but i'm holding off until the machine gets here. Definitely looking forward to it!
