Nadal's English is hilarious. I'm a native Spanish speaker and I think that his English is the worst :xD:

Thank God that he's just a good tennis player and not a translator

Guys don't really lift weights - not many of them at least. This is mostly a myth about the contemporary era - that there is advanced weight training. It is very debatable as to whether this is even a good idea for most.

I really like the interview - thank you for sharing.

I know, it's just that with the muscles Nadal has, people seem to think he lifts weights like everyday or something.

He's not really that big, he just has Okay arms and that's all.

He is best at running quickly, not strong in the upper body.

Great interview and that was in 2006 - Nadal's english has improved but who cares? Many of us don't speak incredible english - even if we do orriginate from England! His love of the game and the way he has evolved since is all there. He never rushed his climb to the top but let it evolve in line with his determination and hard work
