My grandma brought me over a can of unopened tennis balls from the ...1950's? The balls are Spalding and are in a blue and white tin/aluminum can. I am just wondering if anyone knows the value of these old antique balls?

You mean 58 years ago. Anyways, that's nice of your grandma. Maybe you should keep it as an antique item instead of opening the can.

i reckon i would keep them as something special if i had them. also reckon some poor sucker would part with a large amount of money for them - you would have to find that person though and do not think an online auction would do that

well you never know. my friend's mom found some old fishing lures and posted them online on the auction site and they fetched around $300 ea. that was a surprise to say the least.

i guess it all depends on whether that person looks for the item when you put it up for auction. there is always a chance you will get good money for something like that. then again, you might get peanuts. thats why it is an auction. i seen £40 racquets go for over £80 on online auction - guess it is when two guys REALLY WANT TO WIN THIS ITEM instead of saying HANG ON, I CAN GET THIS DOWN THE ROAD FOR CHEAPER.
