i've just learned how to do a good/consistent one handed backhand topspin. i am left handed but i play right handed so i used a 2 handed backhand which was inconsistent. i found out if i'd switch grips from the forehand and do this really weird follow through it worked! now i have a secret weapon!

You must be very coordinated. I can't wipe with my left.

Could you learn to hit a forehand off both sides? Considering you are a natural left hander, might not be a big stretch for you. I'm thinking that would be a BIG weapon.

yeah its kinda like gasquets but i don't bring it up that high for one i don't need to lol. yeah i could have two handed forehand but it actually is a hassle to switch hands every time i hit. and if someone ripped one to my left side i wouldn't be able to switch good. i could play left handed but i'm use to hitting with my right. yes it is awkward because i do everything left but tennis right. but i've been playing tennis for about 8 or 9 months with right so i guess i'm stuck with it.
