His backhand is finally as good as the rest of his game.

I thought about saying his backhand is his best shot now, but I didn't see any winners from that side and it wasn't very powerful, so I couldn't say it was better than the forehand or serve.

It's clear Federer cannot play under pressure or adversity.

He should retire at once since he only managed to get to the semifinals. All the players who did not get to the semifinals need not retire.

Federer is quite possibly the worst tennis player who ever lived, no?

Yes,Nadal's mentally weak.He also won all his slams(save one)beating this chump Fed so they don't hold much value.

Poor fed. I mean yea he lost, and lost quite badly, but he didn't lose someone like mardy fish. No offense to him. The guy can never really catch a break can he. Its so wierd, despite all these losses, people still hold him to high expectations, and then when he loses, bam, pounces on him. People can be so fickle here at times. Watch, he'll win something again, and all of a sudden it will be "oh fed is back". Lose, "Fed needs to retire, he is never going to win a slam." Make up your minds people.

People are fickle but I do think Fed's game today was a bit alarming although of course it's still too early to count him out of slams,he did reach 4 slam finals in a row.I still believe he can equal or break Pete's record but I think he needs a coach,he needs to change something since things aren't working for him right now.

I still think he needs a psychologist above anything else. For the most part his game is fine, but as soon as something goes wrong, it just falls apart. I think that its more mental than anything.

actually his backhand worked pretty good today. if his forehand was at least as good as his bh today, he wouldve win.
