It's interesting to think that Federer shares the Open era records in 3 out of the top 5 tournaments

Australian Open - 4 wins - shares with Agassi

US Open - 5 wins - shares with Connors and Sampras

Season End Finals (WTF) - 5 wins - shares with Lendl and Sampras

Do you think he has a chance of being the absolute leader in any of these? If so, what is the most likely one? In order of likelihood

    1/ Season end finals

    2/ US Open

    3/ Australian Open

    (They correspond to surface speed).

Interesting to think about, if he wins Wimbledon then he will share the record in 4 out of 5 of the top tournaments...... unprecedented!

I can see him winning another WTF, and maybe another US Open.

I'm not sure about the Australian Open though, the night time matches might slow things down too much for him.

Sampras shares three out of 5 records a well

    5 USOs
    5 YECs
    7 Wimbys

In fact, shares two records, and owns a third one.
