I'm looking at getting new shoes. I've been a long-term Barricade fan, but I'd like something with a little more cushion due to some knee issues. I've also had ankle problems in the past, and the Barricades have the best hind foot counter I've seen. Unfortunately, they offer no cushion at all. The Courtballistic 3.3 and Resolution 3's seem to fit the bill. Can anyone comment on the ankle support with respect to the Barricades? Basically, I'd like to have my cake and eat it too, with support and cushion. However, I'd probably have to forgo the cushion for support if it comes down to it. Unfortunately, I don't have any chance to try any of the shoes myself, so I'll have to take a chance through an internet purchase. As an aside, I'm a size 10, but seem to use 10.5 in the Barricade, Asics Gel Kinsei running shoe, and 10.5 Nike running shoes. All the writeups say that the shoes run "true to size," but I assume I'll have to go up a half size to stay consistent. I also have a narrow (C) foot.
