Any reason why today's order is estimated to be delivered on the 31st (2 day shipping)?
Without your order number, I am not sure what the exact problem is. My guess would be that one of your items is out of stock. Please contact our customer service department at either 1(800) 883-6647 or firstname.lastname@example.org for further clarification on that problem. They will be happy to help you out. Especially since two day shipping should get your order to you on Thursday.
OK. I haven't received an order # yet, but the order was for a Pure Storm Ltd. GT in 4 3/8, which was in stock at 4+.
Everything looks fine for your order. Looks like there must have just been a computer error telling you the wrong date. Your order is scheduled to ship tomorrow and be delivered Thursday the 25th.
