Replacement grips are thick, and you put them on directly over the racket grip.

Overgrips are thin, and you put over replacement grips.

i think he already knows that 2nd serve:? Anyways it is cheaper to use overgrips and replace them over time than using grips your whole life, but if your fine with the size of the grip + overgrip then I would suggest using an overgrip. some don't use an overgrip because it will make the grip size too big for them.

I dunno do you think it would be cheaper to use overgrips? I mean replacement grips last a long time.

i find replacement grips last longer but cost more. i get overgrips for about 1/3 the price of replacement and replacement does not last 3 times as long therefore less expensive to use overgrips.however I prefer feel of replacement grips (more cushioning) to overgrips (harder).

I currently have the Wilson Pro Overgrip on top of my Leather Grip. How long would my Overgrip last me before changing it and what GRIPS out there should I use solo or combined to get the best results?
