P90X for tennis?

    okay so I have the videos and was wondering which routine should I do for my tennis fitness it gives me 3 options Lean, Classic or Doubles?

    Hey,

    Just start with the classic one, that is the one that most people start with. P90x is great I think because it won't make you huge, and there is a big focus on the core with it. Great for tennis.

    I've had these DVD for 6 months. The BEST one for tennis is the "plyometrics" DVD by far! I stopped all the other dvds and just did this one 3-4 times a week. Believe me you will see a difference on the court after a couple of weeks doing the workout. I had more bounce on the court than I'd ever had and I'm 37 years old! Good Luck!!!!

    i have been doing just ab ripper x since september and i noticed a big improvement in groundstrokes because the ab ripper x increases the strength of your core, so when you move youre core to hit a forehand or backhand, its a lot more stable.
