I've had pains in the ulnar side of my wrist since Feb of this year and I still have pains (not only when I play tennis). It's been getting better but I know it still hasn't completely healed. What should I do? Will it be able to heal completely? Can I use weights to strengthen my wrist? Also, I play the piano but there aren't a lot of wrist action in that (mostly fingers). However, the wrist pain has affected my piano performance. I'm using Head LiquidMetal 4.5, and I haven't gotten it restrung at all since Feb so the strings have pretty low tension now. Should I change my raquet? My forehand technique has the windshield wiper motion involved and I love it. How can I decrease the wrist motion in my forehands? Thank you.
