I believe the process for getting refunds needs to be changed as I needed to ask for a credit once before, and it took 5 calls and several emails and 2 weeks before any action was taken on my price match. The "accounting department" I am always told can only be emailed, and then it is difficult or impossible for the cust.supp. Reps to see the progress of such refund requests. The refund process really has affected my shopping experience. Thank you for your attention to the matter.
