By buying a new frame... You could look in the sticky, but your racket would most likely end up looking like a really crappy Chinese fake (well thats if you have the artistic talent of ME)

I've painted a couple racquets now -- based on my experience copying this paint job will be expensive and hard to do unless you have an airbrush and are skilled with it. Even then it's going to require masking out complex curves or trying to make decals that wrap around -- I'm not sure which would be harder.

But if you wanted to just black the racquet out - that's much more doable. But you'd have to use high quality paint and there's still a learning curve.

Easier and doable but if your experience is anything like mine it will cost you time and money and may not come out how you imagined.

I've done several custom paint jobs for rackets but it's not fun and very time consuming projects.
Paint has to be removed entirely.
Stripping paint job is hardest one during paint job.
It takes 2-3 days (3hrs minimum) to stripping paint.
Probably paint red and white color first then rest of black accents can be done by decals.
It can be done but you might need to spend a lot of time. If you don't do yourself, it will cost so much $$$.
    Actually, It's not worth it.
