I played with the new babolat pd(cortex) today and loved the pace, the spin was okay, but not as much as I thought there was going to be. I was hitting with the plus(only one in) and my arm got tired after a few hours, which usually doesn't happen. I tried the apd that same day and loved the "pop" feel and sound and the spin.

Firstly I was wondering as to whether or not the plus gives less spin compared to the standard, maybe because I was getting less headspeed. Also does the pd always feel soft and the apd always have the pop feel. Or is it the string or string tension possibly?

were you using the Roddick PD? and what racquet did you use before? Or it might be too stiff and it tired out your arm. The PD shouldn't feel heavy though.
