Pete sampras current tension

    Does anybody know the tension the Pete Sampras currently uses?

    Thanks Richard, damn he still strings very hard, Richard do you know if he's using Poly in his set up or still full gut?

    hybrid with lux and gut but don't have any info on which way he uses it.

    I've been playing with that tension and higher since I started playing tennis.
    Then again, I play with the old pro staff 85, which is probably the only frame that will play great at that tension.

    75# on gut.. ok, we've seen this before.

    but on lux ???

    ouch

    I think the highest I've gone on a poly is 60-62 pounds.. anyone here go higher?

    First of all the J and C sounds good
    secondly how about 45 kgs with ballistic polymono in a mid size estusa frame for Roberto carretero in about '97. On picking up the frame he subsequently threw it on the ground, stomped on it and then with a satisfied look said thats better !!.
    I believe that's 99 lbs in your currency. I did string Muster at 88lbs in '95 and that hurt your hand when you tapped the frame against it.
