Ping Pong & Other Racquet/Paddle Sports

I love playing Ping Pong/Table Tennis. I use to play racquetball in high school but haven't played in years. I've always wanted to try paddle tennis and squash. Do you find that other racquet/paddle sports hurt or help your tennis?

I dont think any other racquet or paddle sport has really had much of an effect on my tennis game, but I don't really play a whole ton of ping pong or anything. I do have to suggest something though... pickleball! Its the greatest sport ever, do a little research on it. You may find that its played by a bunch of old people, but who cares! Its great! We had it as a unit in gym class and couple years ago and me and my friend stole some of equipment and played on a tennis court. Literally, we played for like 5 hours straight. I had a nasty winning streak going.

I think racquetball, contrary to popular belief, actually helped my tennis by getting some tennis related cross training with the quick movement and reflexes. I haven't ever had a problem confusing my strokes, western forehand and two hand backhand is not a whole lot like racquetball.

I used to be pretty good at table tennis (or so I thought), but then I joined a league with a bunch of older guys that just hit slice all the time. It wasn't fun because I wasn't used to it, and the older guys weren't very accepting/cool about a newcomer. I pretty much have played under 5 times in the last year.
