I suspect this has been asked before, but why is it not considered Criminal Fraud when a manufacturer states that "ABC model racket" is the racket of touring pro Joe Schmoe, when Joe Schmoe actually plays a totally different racket with a paint job to look like the latest and greatest marketing invention the manufacturer has this year? This seems criminal and I just am wondering how they get away with this clear case of mass deception or intentional fraud. Federer, Nadal and countless others are put forth as using rackets that are not the ones they actually use. This is fraud and deception. Am I seeing this wrong?
