    Hi,

I am 15 at the moment and live in London, but last night it began to snow here, and it has now settled, but probably only about 3/4 cm.
I wanted to ask of there are any things I can practice on the courts while it is ice, because I can't really let myself not play tennis for a week. Also, indoor courts near me are complete rip offs. I do go to a gym as well, so should I just go there more times if I can't access the courts?

    Thanks :)

Keep going to the gym. If the weather and ice are as bad as you say and if you can't clear the courts so they are safe to play on don't worry about it. Although it's no substitute, how about playing some Squash? I know some English tennis players here in the states and they are fantastic Squash players. Great work out and good for your footwork.

Glad to hear your love for tennis.

When I grew up in Minnesota, (lots of snow) I made friends with guys that worked in the indoor bubbles, through that friendship, I was able to play for free after closing time. I would also play on indoor gyms, though the flooring was fast, we would work on volleys and serves.

Think creative, and you'll find a way to play.
