I injured my right wrist (I'm right handed) a months ago and I rested it a couple of weeks. While I was sitting on the couch watching the tennis channel on TV, I saw a "tennis tip" thing that said playing with my non-dominant hand would improve my backhand. So I've been playing with my left for a couple weeks. I've become better with my left but will it actually help my backhand? If it does, will it help the footwork, the use of the body, or the backhand in general? Thanks!

I think that you'll just improve your backhand since you will be used to your backhand side when you play lefty.
