Here is my serve (after a recent lesson with my club's director): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n93925RiX1c So obviously from my lesson, I was told about several things that need to be changed. For instance, I know that my serving arm is suppose to follow through and coil across my body when my motion ends. Also, I was told that my legs are poorly balanced, and that my right one is kind of throwing me off balance when I land on it. Anyway, these are just a few of the comments that I recall from my lesson, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could dissect my serve as much as possible, and help me change it to the correct method... I find that even though I was told what I'm doing wrong, I'm still having trouble implementing these changes while I practice, and so the proper form just isn't coming and my serves are still inconsistent.
