Bring and use multiple shirts. I only wear 1 shirt per match and I can tell you that nothing is going to stay dry in the summer heat and humidity.

The Nike dri-fit polos wick sweat better than anything else I gave tried and I sweat more than anyone I have met...
And as mikeler said, nothing is going to stay dry.

I'd have to echo what everyone else is saying too. Nike Dri-Fit or ClimaCool are the two best to me in terms of moisture-wicking and staying dry. Under Armour has some great stuff as well, but I think you're best bet is to bring a change of shirt and load up on wristbands to help you manage the sweat. I sweat a lot as well, and I end up going through a couple shirts and wristbands each match, especially in the summer time.

All I have to say is stay away from the Adidas Adizero line, the shirts especially I think are the absolute worst I have encountered for wicking away moisture. I am better off in cotton than that stuff. No other problems with the Addidas line.
