I've demo'd a few racquets and this is one that I feel most comfortable with so far. I just can't justify a $200 racquet at a 3.5 level, and I also can't justify it to my wife.

Basically looking for a last years version of a 100sq in, 4-6pt HL, in that 11-11.4oz range. I don't know much about what Stiffness or Swingweight are, but the Juice 100 is at 311 and 72, respectively.

This list seems to compare to my current one. Most are high priced but some are below $130 or so, which is a better deal in my eyes.

Have you looked at the classified forum here?

That, and the 'bay has them new for $145-149, as well as used.

I dabble in the high-4.0/low-4.5 area, and I can't really justify more than about $75 for a frame. The classifieds here and the 'bay are treasure troves of great frames for low prices.

I will check ****, though I heard stories that there were some fake ones out there just repainted. Not sure I would be expert enough to notice a difference when I receive it :)

This drives me crazy. My 3.0/3.5 friends demo a bunch of raquets - one guy is on his 7th and can't decide what to get. To me, it tells me that none of those extremely high priced raquets are going to help his game. To him, each high priced raquet provides a different strength to his game, and he can't figure out which one he wants to settle on.

!!! Thanks, did not see that. New to the whole forum thing here and just went straight to the raquet page.

Yeah, I am amazed at how cheap that one is compared to other ones in its statistical range. I believe it's got a higher stiffness and maybe swingweight is a bit different, but not sure I would tell when hitting it.

I bought the 2 for my wife on the classifieds here for a very reasonable price. They were 9+ condition. I don't know that I've paid retail for any racquets in a long time between here and the bay

Actually the o3 white has a stiffness rating of 66~67. So it's got a bit more flex compared to the juice 100.

I came into the thread looking for a comparison article between these 2 racquets. But i don't like the stiffness of the Juice 100.

72 is way too high imho.

I gotta baby my arm so TE won't come back again. :???:
