I have 2 POG 110 (1987 model) and love them.
I am interested in getting 2 POG mid (1987 model).

The RacquetResearch site ranks POG OS as #1 (out of 167 tested) overall based on elbow, wrist, shoulder safety.

However, POG mid is #75 out of 167.

Anyone have any idea why the mid is so poorly rated compared to the OS?
Anyone have any experience with both POG OS and mid?

The mid feels much stiffer to me than the OS. That may be the reason that it is not considered as arm friendly as the OS.

I think the way a racket feels is a very personal experience. I just switched from a Prince Graphite II to the POG mid which was actually a decrease in racket head size. The POG mid feels better. I did try several different rackets in the 97-105 sq. inch head size (which would have been an increase in racket head size from the Prince Graphite II) and did not like them. They felt less stable to me. I am very happy with the POG mid and so far am not experiencing any new aches and pains as a result of the racket.
