Just popped a blister on my palm today and it's stinging pretty good. Should I cut the skin flap or leave it? I usually cut it, but this one is pretty thick, so it might be able to heal over. Also, should I put neosporin on it, new skin or something else?

Cut if but be careful to only cut the dead skin. Do not attempt to pull it off since it might still be attached to live skin.

Leave the flap. It will protect the area until the new skin grows. Once the new skin grows THEN take off the old dead skin (carefully).
